Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, during the pendency of the petitioner's bail application, the parties arrived at a compromise, which has been placed on record. On the basis of the aforesaid compromise, the present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No. 409/2023 dated 31.07.2023, registered at the Police Station Sikandra, District Dausa, for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 406 of the IPC.

Learned counsel further submits that, in view of the compromise arrived at between the parties, the petitioner may be granted liberty to file an appropriate application before the learned

3. Accordingly, the present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is
disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
