It is submitted that the charge in the case has already been submitted the petitioner shall filed appropriate application before the learned Trial Court. 5. Accordingly, this bail application is disposed of with a direction that the petitioner may approach the learned Trial Court and in the event of filing any such application seeking regular bail, the same shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law. 6.
