Case No. 20 of 2023 for the offences registered under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Palamau at Daltonganj, is pressed into motion. It is submitted by the learned counsel on behalf of petitioners that they are not named in the FIR. Although the said FIR is lodged against six named accused persons, but there is no allegation against these that they had caused death. Their names have transpired on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused of having called the deceased from his home at the time of incidence. Learned A.P.P. opposed the bail petition. It is submitted that these petitioners had called the deceased from his home before the incidence. Under the circumstances, the above-named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below.
