The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs; i. A writ of certiorari and quash the impugned notice dated 11.02.2026 bearing No.Tha.Pam.Ti/O.pra 6/2025-26/1021 issued by respondent No.2 vide Annexure-J. ii. Issue any other writ/orders/directions as this Hon’ble Court deem fit in the circumstances of the case in the interest of equity and justice. 4. Essentially what has been challenged is a show-cause notice dated 11.02.2026 calling upon the petitioner to appear before respondents No.2 on 18.02.2026 at 3:00 PM and to produce certain documents in - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:10743 WP No. 5559 of 2026 relation to the property subject matter of the said notice. 5. It is today submitted that the petitioner had appeared before respondent No.2 on 18.02.2026 and sought for a short accommodation. 6. If that be so, it would be for the petitioner to once again appear before respondent No.2 and submit its objections, which his submissions would be submitted within a period of seven days from today i.e., on or before 27.02.2026. 7. If such objections are submitted, respondent No.2 is directed to consider the said objection in the documents submitted by the petitioner and pass necessary orders in accordance with law. 8. The writ petition is disposed of. 9. In view of disposal of the main petition, pending IA's does not survive for consideration. Hence, IA stands disposed of.
