ORAL ORDER
The petitioners are challenging the provisional order passed under Section 243(3)(c) of the Greater Bengaluru Governance Act, 2024. The case of the petitioners is that the said order has been passed without conducting any inspection of their property and there is a false allegation by the petitioners that they have constructed their property in violation of the sanctioned plan and against the building by-laws.

Learned counsel for respondent No.1, upon instructions, submits that a date may be fixed for conducting a joint inspection of the property and only thereafter appropriate action can be taken against the petitioners. Hence, the following:
ORDER i. The impugned order dated 10.02.2026 (vide Annexure-A to the writ petition) passed by respondent No.3 is hereby set aside.

ii. The respondents shall conduct an inspection of the property of the petitioners on 25.03.2026 at 11.00 a.m. iii. The petitioners are permitted to participate in the said proceedings without any further notice and only thereafter appropriate decision will be taken by the respondents. iv. The petitioners are directed not to put up any further construction on the property till appropriate orders are passed by the authorities concerned. v. The Writ Petition is hereby disposed of accordingly.
