The grievance of the petitioners is that respondents 4 to 6 are interfering with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioners over an extent of Ac.0.85 cents in Sy.No.127/5 of Pennagadam Village, Yerpedu Mandal, Tirupati District, without issuing any notice. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are the absolute owners and possessors of an extent of Ac.0.85 cents in Sy.No.127/5 of Pennagadam Village, Yerpedu Mandal, Tirupati District. A copy of the Pattadar Passbook is filed as Ex.P3, and a copy of the ROR 1(B) Certificate is filed as Ex.P4. Learned counsel for the petitioners would further submit that respondents 4 to 6, without issuing any notice, are trying to dispossess the petitioners. 4. Sri Divya Teja, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, would submit that respondents 4 to 6 are not interfering with an extent of Ac.0.85 cents in Sy.No.127/5 of Pennagadam Village, Yerpedu Mandal, Tirupati District. 5. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of, at the stage of admission, with the consent of both the learned counsel, directing respondents 4 to 6 not to interfere with an extent of Ac.0.85 cents in Sy.No.127/5 of Pennagadam Village, Yerpedu Mandal, Tirupati District, without following due procedure. There shall be no order as to costs.
