During course of argument, the victim, represented by her counsel, submits that the O.P. No.2, namely, Md. Belal Khan, is threatening the petitioner and is also trying to intimidate the witnesses; accordingly, his bail should be rejected. 3. After going through the order whereby Md. Belal Khan was granted bail, it appears that certain conditions were imposed by this Court. Accordingly, the petitioner herein is at liberty to place all those things before the trial Court, who shall make the necessary enquiry and pass an appropriate order, as liberty has already been granted by this Court to cancel the bail. 4.
