Ankit Kumar S/o Dharamveer Singh, Aged About 25 Years, R/o Hatijar, Police Station Halaina, District Bharat- pur (Raj.). (At Present Confined In Sub Jail Bayana). ----Petitioners Versus State Of Rajasthan, Through Pp ----Respondent For Petitioner(s) : Mr. Rajeev Kumar Sogarwal Mr. Sanjeev Sogarwal Mr. Hitesh Haritwal For Respondent(s) : Mr. Vijay Singh Yadav, PP Mr. Shree Ram Dhakar, PP Mr. Ram Mohan Sharma Mr. Ankit Agrawal HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE PRAMIL KUMAR MATHUR Order 30/03/2026 1. The petitioners have filed these bail applications under Section 483 of BNSS in FIR No.258/2025 registered at Police Station Halena, District Bharatpur for offences under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 74, 76, 333, 303(2), 352, 191(2), 191(3) and 189(2) of BNS, 2023. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Public Prosecutor as well as learned counsel for the complainant and perused the material available on record. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. Though [2026:RJ-JP:13423] (2 of 3) [CRLMB-2082/2026] specific acts have been attributed to Sher Singh and Ankit Kumar and definite roles have been assigned to them in inflicting injuries upon Maharaj Singh and Ramlakhan respectively but it appears from the medical report of Maharaj Singh that injury Nos.1 and 3, though grievous in nature are not on vital parts of the body, having been caused on the right hand and right foot. Similarly with regard to Ramlakhan injury Nos.2 and 3 alleged to be grievous in nature, were found on the right finger and the nasal region which are also not vital parts of the body. Both the petitioners are behind the bars since 16.01.2026 without any criminal past. The trial of the case will take considerable time, therefore, no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping the petitioners in further custody, consequently the bail application deserves to be allowed. 4. Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail application. 5. On consideration of the rival submissions and material available on record and in light of submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners but without expressing any opinion on merits/demerits of the case, I am inclined to grant benefit of bail to the petitioners. 6. Consequently, the bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. is allowed and it is directed that the petitioners Sher Singh S/o Ramjeet & Ankit Kumar S/o Dharamveer Singh, shall be released on bail on their furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court for their [2026:RJ-JP:13423] (3 of 3) [CRLMB-2082/2026] appearance before the Court on all the dates till conclusion of the trial.
