He now informs that the concerned Appellate Authority i.e. the Chief Revenue Controlling Authority, Pune, is now available. The Petitioners are, therefore, at liberty to approach the said Authority which would decide the Application of the Petitioners on its own merits as expeditiously as possible and in accordance with the law.
