ORAL ORDER
1. The case of the petitioner is that he is the owner of the property which is the subject matter of the writ petition. He further submits that he has not encroached upon any Government property. In spite of it, a notice dated 04.02.2026 has been issued by the respondent alleging falsely that the petitioner has encroached upon Government property and he has been asked to vacate the same. It is submitted that the petitioner has issued a reply to the notice dated 04.02.2026 on
18.02.2026.

Learned counsel for the respondent, upon instructions, submits that the reply of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law and if any, adverse action has to be initiated against the petitioner, he will be given a personal hearing and only thereafter, appropriate orders will be passed and before that, the petitioner will not be dispossessed from the property.
