Apart from the appeal being barred by time, we also notice that the appeal has been preferred against an order dated 22.01.2026 passed by the learned Single Judge, whereby the prayer made by the appellant to list the writ petition at the Top of the Board has been rejected. Such an order in our opinion is not appealable in an intra-Court appeal for the reason that it is the discretion of the Court concerned to regulate its cause list and list the matters according to its Board Position. 3. For all the aforesaid reasons, the appeal along with pending applications is hereby dismissed. This is a digitally signed order.
