By these petitions, the petitioner-Employer has challenged the orders dated 15.09.2020 passed by the Regional Deputy Commissioner, Social Welfare, Amravati in Appeal Nos.8 of 2019 and 12 of 2019. During pendency of the writ petitions, the petitioner-Employer and the respondent no.3 have entered into settlement. In view of settlement terms, which are produced on record at Annexure-C2, the learned counsel for the petitioners has filed the present civil applications seeking withdrawal of the petitions in view of settlement arrived at with the respondent no.3 in both the petitions. 2. The representative of the petitioner-Society and the respondent no.3 are personally present before the Court. We have verified the contents of the settlement terms, which appear to be reasonable.
