Petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging order dated 18.03.2026 passed by the Board of Revenue in revision petition No.2231/2025, whereby by way of passing an ad interim stay order, the earlier order dated 25.07.2017 has been stayed. 2. Learned counsel for the parties have jointly submitted that after filing of this writ petition, respondent Nos.1 and 2 have withdrawn the revision petition (L.R.) No.2231/2025 on 13.05.2026 and on such request to withdraw the revision petition, the file of revision petition has been consigned to record. 3. In view of above, no cause of action for pursuing this writ petition on merits survives, however, this Court, in the light of the facts and circumstances of the case, hereby observes that the moment revision petition No.2231/2025 has been withdrawn by the revision petitioners and consequently, the same was dismissed as withdrawn and was consigned to record, the interim orders, if any, passed during the pendency of aforesaid revision petition No.2231/2025 stood merged in the order of dismissal due to withdrawing the petition and cannot be considered to be in force. 4. The writ petition filed by the petitioner is dismissed accordingly. 5. Pending application(s), if any, stand(s) dismissed. (ANAND SHARMA),J 31/Jatin
