For the State : Mr. Fahad Allam, A.P.P. Order No.02/Dated- 26.02.2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP. 2. The petitioner has been made an accused in connection with A.T.S. P.S. Case No.11 of 2023 registered for offences punishable under Section 25(1-B)A/35 of the Arms Act, which is pending in the Court of Learned Special Judge, A.T.S., Ranchi. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is in custody since 05.12.2025. It is further submitted that on the basis of alleged confessional statement of present petitioner; 20 live cartridges were recovered from one co-accused namely Satyam @ Satyam Kumar who has been granted bail in B.A. No. 4224 of 2024 and another co-accused namely Abhimanyu Kumar Sahu @ Abhimanyu Kr. Saw who has also been granted bail by the co-ordinate bench of this Court in B.A. No. 1886 of 2024. There is no recovery from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner undertakes to cooperate in the trial of the case and abide by all terms and conditions which may be imposed. Hence, the petitioner may be admitted to bail. 4. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 2026:JHHC:5711 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the nature of allegation against the petitioner and also in view of his custody, I find substance in the contentions raised on behalf of petitioner. Therefore, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Learned Special Judge, A.T.S., Ranchi in connection with A.T.S.
