Though the learned Counsel appearing for the respondents have argued the mater at length but the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present writ application with liberty to file appropriate Second Appeal before the concerned Second Appellate Authority. 2. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, WPA 25159 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate steps for filing the Second Appeal within a period of two weeks from date. 3. If any Second Appeal is filed by the petitioner within a period of two weeks, the Second Appellate Authority will consider and dispose of the said appeal on merit within a period of four weeks on receipt of the appeal filed by the petitioner, if any. 4.
