State of H.P. and Others. 2. Mr. Parveen Chandel, Advocate, has put in appearance on behalf of non-applicant/respondent. He states that judgment, sought to be modified, has been already implemented and application has been filed after three years of passing of judgment, sought to be modified. 3. Having carefully perused averments contained in the application, vis-a-vis reasoning assigned in the judgment, sought to be modified, this Court finds no merit in the same and accordingly the same is dismissed.
