This appeal challenges the order dated 30.04.2026 passed by the learned Single Judge whereby, by way of an interim order, the Court directed the appellant to pay unpaid salary of the writ- petitioner along with interest @ 9% per annum. [2026:RJ-JP:29614-DB] (2 of 2) [SAW-532/2026] 2. Learned counsel appearing as a caveator submits that half of the salary for the period from August, 2025 to October, 2025 has not been released and interest part has also not been released. 3. We find that the impugned order is interim in nature, if ultimately the Court finds that the petitioner was not entitled to salary, the same shall have to be returned along with the interest, as directed. 4. With the said observations, the special appeal (writ) is dismissed. 5. Pending application(s), if any, also stand dismissed. (BHUWAN GOYAL),J (SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA),ACTING CJ 8/Anu/Ritu
