Learned Additional Government Advocate notice for respondent No.1. 2. Sri. Pawan Kumar, learned counsel is directed to accept notice for respondent Nos.2 and 3. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:10949 WP No. 4895 of 2026 3. The petitioners are before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: WHEREFORE, it is humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased by issue of an appropriate Writ or Order to direct Respondent No.2 to accept the Petitioner's application for a modified sanction plan, consider the same with reference to the Gazette notification dated 01.08.2025 and pass appropriate vide Annexure-D orders in accordance with law, in the interest of justice and equity. 4. The submission of Sri. S. Sreevatsa, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners, is that the petitioners wanted to take advantage of the Zonal Regulation of the Revised Master Plan 2015 of the Local Planning Area of Bengaluru (Amendment Regulation, 2025), and they submitted a modified plan on 11.11.2025 has been approved as per the original plan, which had been furnished without considering the modification proposed. 5. The Amendment Regulation 2025 came into force on 05.01.2026. Hence, the application filed on 11.11.2025 could not take into consideration the amendment regulations, which had still not come into force. 6. Faced with the above situation, learned Senior Counsel submits that a fresh application would be filed for modification within a week from today.
