Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was granted bail on 18.09.2024 and thereafter spitefully arrested by the investigating agency on 23.11.2024. Petitioner is foisted with criminal cases one after another by the Special Task Force. Learned advocate for the State submits that there are three other cases against the present petitioner, all the cases relate to Arms Act. Having considered the criminal antecedents of the petitioner and that the trial of the case is in progress, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, CRM (M) 399 of 2026 is dismissed.
