It is the contention of the petitioners that in terms of the judgment and decree passed by the learned Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Kanakapura in OS No.377 of 2015, the petitioners have been allotted properties to the extent of 23 guntas in Sy.No.13 (new Sy.No.13/3), 7 guntas in Sy.No.6/1, 2 guntas in Sy.No.47/13 and 1 gunta in Sy.No.6/2, all situated at Attiguppe Village, Maralavadi Hobli, Kanakpura Taluk, Ramanagara District. The petitioners have given a representation to the fourth respondent-Tahsildar, Kanakapura Taluk, to enter their names in the revenue records in terms of the decree passed by the competent Civil Court. Having regard to the facts narrated hereinabove, this Court is of the considered opinion that the respondent Tahsildar, Kanakpura Taluk is duty bound to consider the representation given by the petitioner, to issue notice to all concerned and thereafter proceed to enter the names of the petitioners in the revenue records in terms of the judgment and decree passed by the competent Civil Court and proceed to pass orders in accordance with law and dispose of the representation as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
