The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging disobedience and non-compliance by the respondents/contemnors with the order dated 25.11.2025 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 17518/2023. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite the directions issued by this Court, the order dated 25.11.2025 has not been complied with by the respondents till date. From a bare perusal of the order dated 20.05.2026 (Annexure-4), it is evident that the representation submitted by the petitioner has already been disposed of. Therefore, no case of contempt is made out. 5. Accordingly, the present civil contempt petition is dismissed. 6. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to assail the said order by fresh petition as observed in the order dated 25.11.2025, if occasion arises. 7.
