In the aforesaid case, on the assurance of the learned Advocate General and also the other respondents, it was held that the experience Clause 5(i),(ii)&(iii) of the Advertisement No.12 of 2025 is not an essential condition for appointment. 3. In view of the above fact, I think that the case of the petitioners is covered by the aforesaid order. 4. Further, the petitioner has already been allowed to appear in the examination. 5. Thus, in fact the grievance of the petitioners can be said to have been redressed. 6. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.
