Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the seizure list witnesses have turned hostile. On the other hand, learned advocate for the State submits that date has been fixed for examination of the accused under Section 313 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Having considered the advanced stage of the case, I am not inclined to release the petitioners on bail. However, the learned Trial Court would ensure that if no defence witness is tendered, at the earliest, the verdict is spelt out within a reasonable period of time. 2 With the aforesaid observations CRM (NDPS) 752 of 2026 is dismissed. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
