Learned counsel for the accused-petitioner submits that the accused-petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor vehemently opposes the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the accused- petitioner hereinabove but did not dispute with the fact that there are no criminal antecedents registered against the accused- petitioner. 4. Heard and considered the submissions made at the Bar and perused the material available on record and the contentions put forth by learned counsel for both the parties; that the accused- petitioner is in custody since 21.06.2026; that the charge-sheet against the accused-petitioner has been filed; that no recovery has been made at the instance of the accused-petitioner; that there are no criminal antecedents registered against the accused- petitioner; that the injuries sustained by the injured are attributed to co-accused Azeej, Rahees and Kasim; that co-accused person Halim has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 16.07.2026 in S.B.
