The petitioner is seeking regular bail, in connection with Lalpur P.S. Case No. 251/2025 for the offence u/s 20 (b) IIA/ 29 of N.D.P.S. ACT, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Commissioner cum Special Judge (N.D.P.S.) Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that from the possession of the petitioner 480 gram of ganja has been recovered, which is small in quantity. He also submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in para 12 of the petition. He next submits that the petitioner is in custody since 21.9.2025. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the state opposed the prayer and submits that from the possession of the petitioner the said recovery has been made. 5. Considering that the petitioner is in custody since 21.9.2025 and the said quantity of recovered ganga is small one and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in para 12 of 2026:JHHC:1132 2 the petition. I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Commissioner cum Special Judge (N.D.P.S.)
