2. This application has been filed under Section 483 BNSS, seeking bail of the petitioner, namely, Md. Aynul Haque Mazumdar, who was arrested on 01.05.2026 in connection with Special (POCSO) Case No.58/2026 arising out of Laluk P.S. Case No. 90/2026 registered under Sections 74/75(2) of the BNS, 2023, read with Section 10 of the POCSO Act, read with Section 77 of the J. J. Act.
3. The scanned copy of the TCR has been received and perused the same.
4. As per the allegation in the FIR, the petitioner used to touch the private parts of the victim and also made her to do so.
5. It appears that in the statement before the Magistrate, the victim has not implicated the petitioner. Further, the petitioner has already spent 89 days in custody.
6. In view of above, the prayer for bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above shall be released on bail on furnishing a bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) only with 2 (two) sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court in connection with the aforementioned case with the following conditions: (i) that the petitioner shall not abscond and he shall be available for the remaining trial; (ii) that the petitioner shall not try to contact the victim or her family members; (iii) that the petitioner shall not try to influence or intimidate any person or the remaining witnesses, who are acquainted with the
facts of the case, in any manner.

8. Violation of bail conditions might entail cancellation of the bail.
9. With the above observations, this bail application is disposed of.
