At the outset learned Counsel for the petitioner makes a categorical statement on instructions that he has deposited the entire amount of rent i.e. Rs.1,07,018/-.
2. His statement is accepted as an undertaking to the Court. He then submits that the action on the part of respondent No.3 - Chief Officer in not de-sealing the property in spite of the payment speaks volumes for itself. According to him, he has made a representation dated 04/07/2026 to the Chief Officer, requesting for de-sealing of the property, which is still not de-sealed.
3. Considering the statement made by the petitioner, we direct that the representation dated 04/07/2026 be decided by the Chief Officer, Municipal Council, Khapa, Tahsil Saoner, District Nagpur within two weeks from the date of production of this order. 2026:BHC-NAG:12663-DB
