Jyotsna Rewal Dua, Judge Learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record office instructions dated 08.04.2026 and on that basis submits that all due and admissible retiral benefits stand released to the petitioner and only interest component on account of delayed payment of retiral benefits remains to be paid. He further submits that this liability shall also be cleared by the respondents within four weeks from today i.e. by or before 03.07.2026. 2. In view of above, present execution petition is 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes - 2 - disposed of with direction to the respondents to make payment of aforesaid liability on or before 03.07.2026. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy for the redressal of his surviving grievances, if any, in accordance with law.
