A perusal of the reply demonstrates that it is admitted by the respondents that an amount of Rs.5,99,787/- is payable to the petitioner, but learned Counsel for the respondents submits that the same shall be paid in five equal installments. 2. This Court is of the considered view that rather than paying the amount in five equal installments, let an amount of Rs.3,00,000/- be paid to the petitioner on or before 31.07.2026 and the balance amount be paid on or before 31.12.2026. 3.
