It is further brought to our notice that it is only from the date of the order of cancellation, as was prayed by the petitioner, i.e. 25th March, 2026 that the effective cancellation from 04th December, 2025 shall be acted upon. 2. It is further informed that appropriate steps shall be taken in the matter of correcting the forms which are framed under the relevant rules so as to avoid the anomaly or giving rise to a confusing situation.
