The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Gonda P.S. Case No. 163 of 2024, for the offence alleged under sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 352, 351(2)(3) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita; 2023, pending in the court of Learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and the petitioner happened to be the husband of the informant. He next submits that the injury is simple. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that there are 13 injuries on the body of the informant. 5. It has come in the order of the learned Sessions Judge, that there were 13 injuries upon the body of the informant, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.
