Learned counsel for the applicant has preferred the present petition seeking modification of the order dated 10.02.2026 passed by this Court in MCRC No. 1437 of 2026 (Akash Chauhan vs. State of C.G.), VAIBHAV SINGH Digitally signed by VAIBHAV SINGH Date: 2026.04.21 12:31:10 +0530 2 submitting that while granting bail, this Court directed the applicant to furnish a personal bond along with two sureties as mentioned in paragraph 8 of the order, however, the applicant is unable to arrange the said two sureties and, therefore, despite the grant of bail, he has not been released till date, hence, it is prayed that the condition of furnishing two sureties be modified and the applicant be released on bail upon furnishing a personal bond only. 3. In view of the above, the condition of “a personal bond with two sureties” mentioned in paragraph 8 of the order dated 10.02.2026 passed in MCRC No. 1437 of 2026 is hereby modified to the extent that the applicant shall furnish “a personal bond” only. 4. Accordingly, the present CRMP is allowed. 5. The order dated 10.02.2026 passed by this Court be modified as mentioned above. 6. A copy of this order be placed in the record of MCRC No.1437 of 2026.
