Vs. State of Haryana and ors.” decided on 16.04.2026, hence, the present petition be also disposed of in the same terms. 2. Notice of motion. 3. Ms. Anu Pal, Additional Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State and raises no objection in case the present petition is disposed of in terms of CWP No.11202 of 2026 titled as “Sandeep Kumar and ors. Vs. State of Haryana and ors.” decided on 16.04.2026. 4. We have heard learned counsel for the parties and have gone through the case file with their able assistance. 5.
