The petitioner has filed this writ petition through the counsel. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner filed a memo for retirement on 09.12.2024. 2. This Court, vide Order dated 10.10.2025, permitted the learned counsel for the petitioner to retire from the case and the Registry was directed to show the name of the petitioner and the matter was adjourned to 31.10.2025. It was made clear that if there was no representation made on behalf of the petitioner - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:12148 CMP No. 210 of 2023 on that day, the petition would be dismissed for non- prosecution. 3. Despite the matter being adjourned to 14.11.2025, 12.12.2025, 13.01.2026, 22.01.2026 and 19.02.2026, none appeared for the petitioner. 4. Despite granting sufficient opportunity, the petitioner has neither engaged a counsel nor is present before the Court. As the petition is of the year 2023, I do not find any grounds to adjourn the matter further. 5. In this view of the matter, the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
