1. Heard Ms. Seema Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Nitansh Jaiswal, learned Deputy Government Advocate, appearing for respondent / State.

“i. Quash the FIR registered as Crime No. 66/2022 dated 02.04.2022 at Police Station Navagarh, District Bemetara (C.G.) for offences corresponding to Sections 34, 384, 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code / Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023; ii. Quash the entire charge sheet filed by the police arising out of the said FIR and all consequential criminal proceedings pending before the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate in Crime No. 66/2022; iii. Grant any other relief or pass any other order which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice.”
3. Learned State counsel submits that though the charges have already been framed in the present matter, the petitioner has not challenged the same and has drafted a vague and sketchy prayer.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the petition with the liberty to file a duly constituted petition with an appropriate prayer.
5. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file petition afresh with appropriate prayer and pleadings.
