1. A Praecipe is circulated by learned advocate appearing for the Petitioner stating that as the matter is settled between the parties, the Petitioner be allowed to withdraw the Writ Petition. Today, none appears for the Petitioner.
2. Mr. Joshi, learned Advocate appearing for the Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 tenders a copy of the Consent Terms which have been arrived between the parties. This Court by order dated 12th December 2025 referred the dispute to the Mediation Centre, 24th September, 2026
928 WP-347-2024.DOC skt Bombay High Court. Pursuant to the said order, Mr. Vijay Amrutlal Rajput, learned Advocate-Mediator is appointed as Mediator. Mr. Rajput conducted several meetings between 29th January 2026 and 18th August 2026, and ultimately the matter is settled between the parties. A copy of the Consent Terms is taken on record and marked “X” for identification.
3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such.
4. This Court places on record appreciation for the efforts made by Mr. Vijay Amrutlal Rajput, learned Advocate-Mediator, in successfully mediating the dispute between the parties.
