The present Writ Petition as is evident has been filed after lapse of nearly 23 months from the date of the Impugned Order. 3. Admittedly, the Petitioner has a statutory alternative remedy of filing the appeal against the very assessment order. Hence, the petitioner is relegated to the statutory alternative remedy. 4.
