Upadhyay, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Golmuri P.S. Case No. 141/2025. It has been alleged that the son of the informant was murdered as a sequel to black magic conducted by the accused persons. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there are no eye-witnesses to the occurrence. It has been submitted that no recovery has been effected from the possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel adds that the petitioner has been implicated primarily on account of suspicion. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the fact that the implication of the petitioner does seem to be on account of suspicion, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jamshedpur in connection with Golmuri P.S.
