The present application has been filed seeking stay of the communication dated 25th June, 2026 whereby the petitioner has been called for a personal hearing on 7th July, 2026, in relation to the notice for sealing issued by MCD under Section 345-A of the Delhi Municipal Corporation (‘DMC’) Act, 1957. 2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that personal hearing qua notice issued for unauthorized construction is scheduled for 8th July, 2026. 3. Having heard the counsel for the parties, this Court is of the view that the proceedings qua the sealing of the petitioner’s property should be taken up only once the proceedings qua the unauthorized construction stand concluded.
