Since both these writ petitions (civil) involve similar issue, therefore, they are being disposed of by this common order. For the sake of convenience, WPC No. 2592/2022 is being treated as leading case. 2. The petitioners have preferred these writ petitions seeking following reliefs :- 10.1 The Hon’ble Court may graciously be pleased to quash the election programme dated 3-6-2022 (Annexure P/1) issued by the District Election Officer (Panchayat) pertaining to Gram Panchayat Bhaisa, Janpad Panchayat Simga, Balodabazar-Bhatapara in the ends of justice. 10.2 Any other relief which this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper be awarded in favour of the petitioner. 3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that term of Sarpanch has already over, therefore, these petitions have become infructuous. 4. Above submission is not opposed by the respondents’ counsel. 5. In view of above, these writ petitions are dismissed having become infructuous. 6.
