Considering the submissions made on either side and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed in para 6(b) of the order in Crl.O.P.No. 35130 of 2025 dated 05.01.2026 is modified to that effect that “the petitioner shall report before the concerned satisfaction Court on alternate days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders”. The other conditions shall remain unaltered. 4.
