The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Jagarnathpur P.S. Case No.12 of 2026, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109, 303(2) and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that this is a case of road raging and on the request made by the informant to remove the motorcycle the altercation took place. He further submits that persons also gathered there and assaulted and the injury is said to be simple. 4. Considering that on the spur of the moment the altercation took place due to request made for removing the motorcycle and there are general and omnibus allegation against six to seven persons including the petitioner and the injury is said to be simple and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.15 of the petition, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Ranchi in connection with Jagarnathpur P.S.
