1. Heard Ms. Linda L. Fambawl, learned Additional Advocate General, Mizoram, appearing for the applicants and Mr. Joseph Lalchhanhima, learned counsel, appearing for the opposite party No. 1. Also heard Mr. T. Lalnunsiama, learned counsel for the AMC. 2. This application by the State Government is to allow them to continue the project of construction of complete street design from Bawngkawn to Durtlang under the SASCI Scheme Part –XIII (2025-2026). She submits that the SASCI scheme is designed to promote pedestrianisation along the Bawngkawn and Durtlang roads by
Page No.# 6/6 improving the footpath for public convenience, which would also include landscaping and beautification. 3. The learned counsel for the respondents submits that they have no objection if the prayer made in the application is allowed. 4. Considering the submissions of the learned counsels for the parties and keeping in view that the issue pertains to promoting pedestrianisation, by improving the footpath for public conveniences along the said road, we allow the said application. 5.
