1. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos. 1 to 4 states that they have received copy of the report furnished by the committee of specialized doctors, in compliance of order of this Court dated

petitioner. 2. This Court has gone through the report of the committee, which has been placed on record. As per the report, it is mentioned that-
“... Nodal Officer of Rare Diseases at All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi who is a member of the Committee, stated that the claims made by the petitioner regarding the statement of a Senior Resident, Department of Pediatrics, AIIMS, New Delhi, pertaining to the non-availability of resources and facilities for treatment at the Institute, were not factually correct. It was clarified that the Institute possesses requisite infrastructure and facilities for providing transplant services...”

Since it is now stated that the Department of Paediatrics, AIIMS, New Delhi has the requisite infrastructure and facility for providing transplant surgeries, let the required treatment be provided to the petitioner by the AIIMS, New Delhi. The learned counsel appearing for the AIIMS has no objection to this order. 4. With these directions, the present petition stands disposed of. 5.
In case of any other need or if any further cause arises, the petitioner will be at liberty to approach this Court, by way of a fresh Writ Petition. 6.
