The petitioners have challenged the order dated 25.08.2022 (Annexure-12) issued by the Civil Surgeon-cum- Secretary, District Health Committee, Godda by which the services 2026:JHHC:771 2 contract of the petitioners have been terminated. Further a prayer has been made to regularise the services of the petitioners. 3. Admittedly the petitioners were appointed on contractual basis as Driver under the respondents. There was shortage of funds as the Civil Surgeon Office was not receiving the funds and they were not in a position to give salary to these petitioners thus they cancelled the contract. After cancellation of contract now the petitioners have become the employee of Balajee Detective Force which is Human Resource Supplier. The said Balajee Detective Force has now engaged the petitioners and they are now working under the said Resource Agency. The petitioners have not challenged this arrangement. 4. Since there was financial crunch with the respondents which laid to removal of these petitioners, who were not the permanent employees under the respondents, I find no illegality in the impugned order dated 25.08.2022. Further no relief can be granted to the petitioners as they are working under Balajee Detective Force. The said arrangement of employer-employee relationship has also not been challenged by the petitioners. 5. Thus, this writ petition stands dismissed.
