TR.P.(CRL.) 55/2026 proceedings under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005: a. Complaint Case No. 3192/2020 against petitioner Nos. 2 and 3, which is pending before the Mahila Court, North District, Rohini Courts, Delhi. b. Complaint Case No. 19223/2023 against petitioner No. 1, which is pending before the Mahila Court, North-West District, Rohini Courts, Delhi. 2. By way of this petition under Section 447 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioners seek listing of both the cases before any single Court. 3. Issue notice. Mr. Yudhvir Singh Chauhan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, accepts notice on behalf of the State. Mr. Himanshu Singh, learned counsel, accepts notice on behalf of respondent No. 2. Respondent No. 2 is also present through video conference. 4. Mr. Singh and respondent No. 2 both state that respondent No. 2 has no objection to transfer of one of the cases to the other Court. However, they seek a direction for expedition of proceedings before the transferee Court. 5.
With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the transfer petition is disposed of, with the direction that Complaint Case No. 19223/2023, pending before the Mahila Court, North-West District, Rohini Courts, Delhi, shall be transferred to the Court in seisin of Case No. 3192/2020 in the Mahila Court, North District, Rohini Courts, Delhi. 6.
