Appellant is aggrieved of interim order dated 19.08.2026 whereby interim relief as prayed for by writ petitioner has been granted. 2 HCJ & CGR, J WA_1099_2026 2. Respondent No.1– writ petitioner filed aforesaid writ petition for setting aside order passed by Revenue Divisional Officer, Dhone Division dated 22.07.2026 whereby writ petitioner’s authorization in respect of fair price shop No.1349042, Valasala Village, Dhone Mandal, was suspended. Writ petitioner had been allotted said fair price shop. However, his dealership was suspended by order dated 22.07.2026. Authorities had allotted said shop to present appellant as a temporary measure in the interregnum. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for appellant that interim order dated 19.08.2026 has been incorrectly passed by learned Single Bench without issuance of notice to present appellant and without affording an opportunity of hearing to her and that appellant would suffer irreparable loss in case ex parte interim order is allowed to continue. 4. We have heard learned counsel for parties and have perused the file. 5. At this stage we do not find it appropriate to cause interference for setting aside interlocutory order dated 19.08.2026. Writ petition is admittedly pending hearing on 30.09.2026. Counter has yet to be filed by present appellant as well as the Department. 6. Be that as it may, liberty is afforded to appellant to file appropriate application seeking vacation of order dated 19.08.2026 wherein appellant is at 3 HCJ & CGR, J WA_1099_2026 liberty to raise all pleas as may be available to her in accordance with law. We are sanguine that in case such an application is filed, same would be considered by learned Single Bench. 7. Writ Appeal is dismissed with liberty as above. It is clarified that there is no expression of opinion on merits of the matter which is within the realm of consideration by learned Single Bench. No costs.
