This CRLMP has been filed for a direction to the Opposite Party No.4-IIC, Hinjili Police Station to conduct an enquiry in connection with Hinjili P.S. Case No.995 of 2025 in fair and impartial manner. 2. Instructions dated 20.01.2026 of the IIC, Hinjili P.S. have been produced. From perusal of the averments in the CRLMP as well as the instructions, it is apparent that Hinjili P.S. Case No.995 of 2025 has been registered on 09.12.2025 for the offences under Sections 316(2)/351(2) of the BNS. The IIC has described the steps taken by him for investigation of the case so far. From the instructions, it is apparent that investigation is in progress. Hence, no direction is necessary to be issued at this stage. 3. Hence, I am not inclined to entertain this application under Sections 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, which is accordingly dismissed. (Savitri Ratho) Judge RKS
