Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 BNSS by the petitioners seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Laxmisagar P.S. Case No.467 of 2025 corresponding to C.T. Case No.919 of 2025 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C.- IV, Bhubaneswar on the grounds stated. 3. Perused the FIR as at Annexure-1. A case under Sections 420, 294 and 506 read with 34 IPC has been registered. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present accused had an agreement with the informant to supply materials and in that connection, there was an outstanding due for sum of Rs.67,84,885/-to repay and since, the matter could not be amicably resolved, the FIR has been lodged giving it a color of criminality. Recorded the objection of the State. The payment agreement is at Annexure-2. Considering the nature of dispute inter se parties and though, the FIR has been lodged by p. 2 the petitioners with an offence under Section 420 IPC alleged against the petitioners with such other mischief committed by them, this Court though not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail but is of the view that they should be directed to surrender before the learned court below to go on bail with conditions. 4. Accordingly, it is ordered. 5. In the result, the ABLAPL is disposed of with the direction as aforesaid. It is further directed that in the event, the petitioners surrender before the learned J.M.F.C.-IV, Bhubaneswar in connection with Laxmisagar P.S. Case No.467 of 2025 within a fortnight from today, they shall be released on bail with other suitable conditions imposed. 6. Issue urgent certified copy of this order as per rules. (R.K.
