Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in compliance with the directions issued by this Court in its order dated 23.11.2020 passed in WPS No. 19/2014, the Chief Medical and Health Officer, District Bilaspur (C.G.), has passed an order dated 06.03.2026 granting the revised pay scale to the petitioner. Thus, the order dated 23.11.2020 has been complied with. However, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to file an appropriate petition in case the need arises in future. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents do not oppose the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.
